Any personal information given to ZZOIT will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. ZZOIT’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the ZZOIT website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and is in the locked position, the information on that page will be secured.
Added online security to protect your personal information use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
What credit cards do you accept? <top>
ZZOIT accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How can I check the status of my order? <top>
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option to view order. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped or if it is being held.
How can I make changes to my order? <top>
You can send changes to email@example.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
How do you charge sales tax? <top>
California sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in the state of California.
What is your shipping policy? <top>
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday Pacific Time will be processed within 24-48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not ship to international addresses.
What are your shipping rates? <top>
Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.
Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
Where do you ship from? <top>
All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
If I choose Express Shipping, when will I get my order?? <top>
For express orders, we offer overnight delivery service. Shipments via overnight delivery service will usually arrive the next business day after the ship date.
What is your return/exchange policy? <top>
Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the day the order is placed. Returns are accepted on merchandise that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All merchandise sold at 30% or greater discount are considered a clearance sale and will be issued store credit only. Return requests of clearance items are accepted within 3 business days upon receiving your order.
Holiday Return Policy
Any non-clearance item(s) purchased from 11/15/2010 – 12/25/2010 will be subject to an extended return policy. All such returns will be accepted until 1/30/2011. All returns MUST be unworn with original packaging and tags. For a return authorization, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale and will be issued Zzoit store credit only. All accessories are final sale.
Return requests on clearance items are accepted within 10 business days upon receiving your order. Please e-mail your return request to email@example.com. You will receive a return authorization e-mail along with instructions on how to return the item. Items to be returned must be postmarked within 10 business days of receiving return authorization.
To receive a prepaid mailing label and a merchandise return form, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with following information:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address
- ZZOIT Order Number
- Items and Quantities to Return
- Reason for Return
How to send back merchandise:
- You will receive an email providing you with a prepaid mailing label and a merchandise return form for you to print and complete.
- Repackage your return securely in the EXACT ORIGINAL PACKAGING and DELIVERY BOX OR ENVELOPE that you received your order in. If these instructions are not followed, your return will be denied or there will be a 15% restocking fee.
- All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in a single shipment. Enclose the completed Return Form with the items. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Include the merchandise return form inside the package, and attach the prepaid mailing label onto the package.
- Mail your package.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.
I sent the merchandise back for a return, but haven't heard anything about it yet. What do I do? <top>
Please be patient with us. Returns may take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, be on the lookout for a notification email from us. Be sure to check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.
We respect your right to privacy to the highest degree. ZZOIT will not rent, share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may choose to un-subscribe from our newsletter emails.
